Bayswater Cottage is located in Bayswater on the North Shore in Auckland, well positioned between Devonport and Takapuna and in close proximity to Auckland City Centre. 

Downtown Auckland is accessible by a 20min walk or 2 min bus ride to the Bayswater Marina followed by a 12min ferry ride. 

Beautiful Devonport with its lovely cafes is just a 5min bus ride or 40min scenic coastal walk away. 

You can also walk or catch the bus (7min) to Takapuna for shopping, swimming or dining.
